check_openmanage is a plugin for Nagios that checks the hardware health of Dell servers running OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA). The plugin can be used remotely with SNMP or locally with NRPE, check_by_ssh, or similar. It checks the health of the storage subsystem, power supplies, memory modules, temperature probes, etc., and gives an alert if any of the components are faulty or operate outside normal parameters.

Test-Run is an improved test harness for scripts that emit TAP (Test Anything Protocol). It was forked from Test::Harness, and it uses TAP::Parser. It is used to analyze the output of the scripts and present it to the user in a summarized form. Test-Run features separation of the test-running backend and the command line frontend, a "runprove" utility for running tests from the command line, a plugin-system, and colors for the summary line.

PDFassassin : A module for SpamAssassin that allows for the scanning of PDF files in email message attachments

PDFassassin is a module for SpamAssassin that allows for the scanning of PDF files in email message attachments. Email bodies are scanned upon connection and checked for PDF attachments. Text is extracted from the PDF via pdftotext and scanned by SpamAssassin. Should the PDF contain images, the gocr program is called to extract the text content. The total spam score of the PDF is compared against the global required_score setting; if it's higher, a score equal to the one specified in pdf.cf is appended to the overall score of the email message.
